Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer at the Conference. Please sign up for the shifts you would like below. You must select at least one Information shift, only one Event shift, and the remainder of your shifts can be Session shifts. Please include your email and cell phone number on the CONTACTS tab so that we will be able to contact you. Once volunteer assignments have been finalized you will be given a promo code to use for your complimentary registration.

Important Information
Volunteers play an important role in helping the conference run smoothly. Volunteer energy and time will play an important role in helping create an amazing conference for all involved. This is also a great opportunity to soak up all the amazing knowledge available in the sessions and work with museum professionals from across the state. The conference program (found on website) will give you additional information about the sessions and other events at the conference. If you have any questions please contact Ruth White, UMA Executive Assistant.
Compensation
We have space for ten volunteers this year. Each volunteer must commit to work a minimum of 8 hours (at least 1 Information shift and only 1 Event shift with the remainder being Session shifts). In exchange for their service volunteers will be given a complimentary conference registration. Every effort is made to accommodate the shift requests of each volunteer; however, the final schedule is at the discretion of conference staff. Sign up to be a volunteer here.
