My mum hand fed dolphins for the first time and the look of pure joy was priceless (I even caught that look on camera!) | Op shopping! Finding a bargin gets me super excited | Experiences in general. I dont buy 'stuff' for people but rather a trip somewhere. Eg, A tbus tour to Fraser Island for my parents as a Birthday/Mothers day present for my mum (she was upset dad didnt get eaten by a dingo but they were both elated that the bus got bogged and nearly missed the barge back to Rainbow beach - go figure 🙄🤣) | Helping others, even if its just listening to their problems or helping a new mum have 5 minutes to shower while I watch a newborn. I always feel good at the end of the day if I have helped someone else
90 | A car-seat for my new little grand-baby coming in a few months. | Purchasing a ticket to Europe for my upcoming 50th birthday, to explore some amazing sights for an amazing month. | Walking in the great outdoors exploring the rainforests or beach locations. | Books, my Mum loves to read, read and read some more and has been a hard worker all her life. Near or far is always pleasing.
91 | Plants! We recently built our new home, and moved in with nothing but mud surrounding our house. Slowly buying plants and watching the garden grow has been relaxing, time consuming, and rewarding! | Not so much something I've purchased yet, but I promised my wife we'd go as a family to Bali for her 40th birthday. That's not until 2025, but we've recently committed to putting $100 per week aside to put toward the trip. Although the trip is two years away, it's been enjoyable watching the savings slowly grow, knowing that eventually we'll have a fun family holiday together! | Continuing my education. Listening to podcasts, reading books, watching youtube videos. These things are free (Spotify subscription aside) and are an effective way to spend time while interest rates are up. Oh, and Jedi: Survivor ;) | Buying a Canva subscription and learning it to help support my wife as she launches her Etsy business has been pretty good. She's really appreciated the help, so it's nice to be able to contribute. | Other than spending time with my kids (which is by far the more rewarding thing ever, especially while they're young), spending more time educating myself has been really rewarding. It's helped me with my finances, career, and also with setting up side hustles. You hear a lot that the best investment you make is on yourself, but it's hard to really believe until you start doing it and, after a few years, seeing it start to pay itself off.

98 | My partner and I purchased an above ground pool from Kmart for summer and it was well loved and well used! Definitely made us happier being able to go into our backyard and splash around privately whenever we wanted. | My partner and I love going indoor rock climbing, so any time we do that, we feel like we’ve had a work out, pushed ourselves and learnt new things about how to get to the top. It’s a great sport to enjoy with other people and the community is great. Definitely makes us happy :) | I love packing my own picnic (dips and bread with some iced tea) and going to the park on a sunny day for a picnic | I gifted my fiancée a rock climbing harness.
