Leads of each committee will meet with Co-chairs every few weeks Nov-December. In January-March, we will meet about every other week or so depending upon the role, and weekly as we get closer to the Benefit. The Lead/s will report the progress of their team and work with Co-chairs to communicate ideas back to their teams, resolve any issues, brainstorm, etc. They are the point persons with the Co-chairs. Leads will also organize check in meetings with their teams and collaborate on tasks together.

Lead & Team Job Description: Oversee procurement of all items for the Silent and Live Auctions with a focus on the most premium items. We hope to offer around 15 live items this year. This is the fundraising highlight of the night. The Lead/s and team should feel comfortable, ready, and willing to ask for unique and exciting donations. It is important to be organized and well connected with the BCS community.

- follow up with sponsors via email if their ads and logos do not meet the specifications we sent out
