2	LMS-OETC-RFP-2015 Section III A requirement 5c (page 7)	The requirement states that any terms and conditions a Proposer does not wish to be bound to must be clearly stated on Attachment D It appears Attachment C has space for this information, but Attachment D is for Fulfillment Agent information. Would you like the terms and condition exceptions to be in Attachment C or D?	Attachment C. This was a typo and has been corrected.
3	Attachment H, line 72	Please provide some clarity as to what the question “Solution is compliant with ADA act” is asking	This website provides a good overview of the type of coding that is required. http://www.ada.gov/pcatoolkit/chap5toolkit.htm
4	Page 5 - Section A.4 - Authorized by Manufacturer	What percentage of the 4,000,000 OETC students are enrolled in K12 vs. Higher Education Institutions?	By student enrollment about 80% is K12.
5	Page 5 - Section A.4 - Authorized by Manufacturer	Does OETC currently have a deal in place to provide Learning Management services? If so, can details of the arrangement (which provider, how many users OETC are on the system, etc.) be provided?	No, we do not.
6	Page 5 - Section B.3 - E-Rate Program	Has OETC conducted research into the number of institutions that may be interested in taking advantage of this special LMS pricing? If so, can the results of the research be shared?	We project at least 60% of our K12 members to buy within 3 years.
7	Page 7 - Section III, A4b	States Pricing Proposal - Pricing should be submitted in its native Excel format for ease of scoring. Out pricing may very well differ based on numerous factors (ie/ K12 vs. Higher Education). Can we manipulate this spreadsheet while maintaining an easy to review format?	Yes, so long as we can evaluate and compare pricing.
