Breakout room/group scribes to allocate level of interest (Col H) and any relevant comments. 1 = no interest. 2 = has questions 3 = ready to join. Growth Coofrdinator to allocate a person to each guest to take primary follow up responsibility (Col I). This may be the invitor, or could be a person from the relevant power team. EVERYONE that speaks to a guest in any form of followup to make a note in the COMMENTS section. Colour code the visitor as follows. RED for BNI members. GREY for definite no, BLUE for interested and ongoing discussion, GREEN for yes. As the sheet becomes large, grey and red rows will be "hidden" White - did not attend
