| No. | Question | Answer | Last Updated: | 8-10-20
| 1 | Why can't we open schools normally and bring all students back who want to come everyday, full-time, in-person? | Districts are required to open schools in some capacity and must strive for social distancing within the classroom and on school buses. Based on survey results, 80% of students would return to school. The district does not have the classroom space or staff to spread out 80% of students in a socially distant manner (6 feet). If we are to strive for social distancing it would therefore be impossible to bring all students back to school in-person daily.
| 2 | We have heard that other districts have plans to open and bring all students in person simultaneously, how is that possible? | Districts are all creating plans; most districts have multiple plans and have yet to finalize any recommendations. Additionally, a formal approval process for plans has yet to be issued. Therefore, we have no way of knowing what plan ideas might actually be approved and no way of knowing if any one plan will be deemed to have met the minimum criteria of striving for social distancing. Consequently, while bringing all students back simultaneously may be a proposed plan, we don't know if it would be approved and as noted in question 1, in our district we could not come close to meeting 6 feet of social distancing in such a model. Ultimately we anticipate plans to need DOH, DOE and BOE approval.
| 3 | Whatever the schedule, can you keep siblings going to school on the same days, it would help all families plan - especially families where all the caregivers work outside the home? | The current recommendation is to create a schedule that has siblings reporting to school in-person on the same days. Times of the day will not be the same depending on the bell schedules of elementary, middle and high schools (even if the status quo times are different of course).
| 4 | If bringing students in on a rotating basis of an A and B group, how will the groupings be made? Can you group students by grade level? | We are working on the best way to do this while keep siblings on the same daily schedule. Ideally the overall make-up of students in each group would be similar to the total population of students, just divided roughly in half for students reporting to school in-person. The problem with trying to bring students in strictly by grade level is two-fold; it undermines the goal of having siblings on the same day and it assumes that teachers are able to teach multiple grades. Consider that at the elementary level, if all teachers are teaching grades K,1,2 on the same day as a group of half the overall students for that school, and then the classes were all split into half classes for social distancing, you need twice as many teachers for each grade - this forces teachers to teach multiple grades. The scenario only gets more complex as the students get older and ultimately to high school where many classes have students assigned from multiple grades.
| 5 | How will any of our proposed schedules work for part-time VoTech students? | The Somerset County VoTech school serves all the schools in Somerset; if the sending schools like Ridge are all on different schedules this represents an enormous challenge. While the problem is known and recognized, a solution is yet unknown.
| 6 | Shouldn't we just have 100% virtual for everyone? | Currently, we have been directed to plan for opening schools in September for in-person instruction in some capacity, so no, we can't at this time make such a proclamation. Keep in mind that as we all know, the situation is fluid, and the Governor could steer schools down a different path at any given moment.
| 7 | If we create two groups of students, can we bring in one group in the AM and the other group in the PM so that all students come to school daily? | The idea of a daily AM/PM schedule for elementary students was presented; however, it is problematic in that there would be significant additional costs in transportation and it is unknown if the needed bus routes could even be procured. Additionally, such a schedule is likely to exacerbate differences in timing of when students are in school, creating more challenges for parents at home. There is also a lot of start up and close up time lost in all the daily movement. Finally, there would be a real challenge in sanitizing rooms and buses during the transition time in the middle of the day.
| 8 | For any schedule where students are in person at school part-time and at home part-time, can livestreaming be used to connect the students who are at home to school in a real-time (synchronous) way to what is happening in the class? | Yes, this is possible and will likely play a part in our final plans in at least some situations. Exactly how will be communicated going forward. It may be necessary to purchase some additional technology and/or broadband to make this approach useful.
| 9 | Will districts be required to provide a 100% at home virtual instruction option for parents who choose to keep their children home (while schools are simultaneously being opened for in-person instruction in some capacity) and will a 100% virtual option "count" toward grade level promotion? | On July 24th the NJDOE provided a guidance document to explain that yes, districts shall accomodate a full time remote learning option for ANY students who wish to select this option, there are NO criteria in order to be eligible to select a full time remote option.
| 10 | Will the district employ plexiglass or similar barriers? Are these materials available? | The district is considering using barriers in some situations; we have communicated with vendors and looked at some options. We know there are significant supply chain issues with materials like these along with everything associated with creating clean and safe environments in facilities. Additionally, as with all procurement, there are laws that must be followed, which sometimes slow down the attainment of materials, goods or services.
| 11 | What will the building cleaning protocol be? What about school buses? | New task lists for cleaning expectations in schools have been drafted. We can share these when they are finalized. The goal with school buses is to clean buses at least daily. The district has made purchases already for new cleaning supplies including fogging sprayers and other disinfecting supplies. Disinfecting wipes are difficult or impossible to obtain, but we do have the necessary materials to make disinfecting spray.
| 12 | What about hand sanitizer and bathrooms? | The district has purchased touchless hand sanitizer dispensers for all classrooms, touchless soap dispensers, touchless paper towel dispensers and touchless faucets. All of these materials are in various stages of delivery and installation.
| 13 | How will senior parking be handled? | Initial thinking is that senior parking spaces should be assigned in pairs with one driver using the space on some days and the other driver using the space on other days.
| 14 | The parent survey asked about whether students had a device to take back and forth to school - like a Chromebook or Laptop, can you please clarify? | The goal of that survey question was to get a sense of how many students had a privately owned laptop or Chromebook type device that they could bring to school and also use at home. In the event that the district wanted all or almost all students to have their own device to work with, we wanted to get a sense if students already had their own private device that could be used for this purpose or if we would have to issue a Chromebook and perhaps need to purchase more Chromebooks. In the past this concept has been dubbed BYOD or BYOT....Bring Your Own Device or Bring Your Own Technology. Based on survey feedback it is apparent that many students are able to BYOT; combined with the Chromebooks the district owns a 1 student: 1 device appears feasible.
| 15 | Can clear set schedules for teacher and students be developed and communicated? | Yes, that is the goal. The district fully understands the importance of a clear schedule that holds students and staff accountable for when, where and how the schoolwork, assessment and instruction is to take place.
| 16 | What is the rationale behind how Wednesday would be used in some of the schedules that suggest that students would not be in school in person on Wednesdays? Could this unique day be Friday instead of Wednesday? | In some of our models, some consideration for teacher development, training, meetings, PLCs, planning and student and family follow up was provided. In all of the scenarios, staff will be working in a completely different way and will need time to learn, coordinate, plan, and communicate to deliver instruction in these new models. The choice of Wednesday was to create a mid-week opportunity to empty classrooms for cleaning and to create a break in the daily contact students would have with one another.
| 17 | What about being outdoors? | Fresh air and being outside is desirable. Where fresh air and outdoor activity can be utilized, schools will look to do so. Outdoor breaks, outdoor classes, open windows are all worthwhile measures to consider.
| 18 | What happens if a student or staff member that has been coming to school tests positive? What about the various scenarios where a household member is positive or at high risk? Who handles contact tracing? | These policy decisions will be made in conjunction with the health department and, once determined, will be included in the Board of Education's Policy required by The Road Back.
| 19 | Are there any plans to add additional security staff for the elementary schools? | Not at this time.
| 20 | Is the district preparing new plans for how it would respond to another mandated closure where everything is 100% distance learning? | Yes. The district has already completed a new plan for this possibility. However, that plan is being evaluated against the hybrid plans being created for in-person instruction with the goal of having the best possible flexibility between blended learning models and 100% distance learning models.
| 21 | It seems like there is an absence of firm medical data for some questions, in the absence of that can't we just bring everyone back full time? | The doctor's at our panel at the BOE meeting on July 8 cited the fact that there is still much that is unknown about this virus. For example, how much transmission occurs from children to adults. In the absence of information like this, we are relying on medical advice to wear masks, wash hands, and maintain distance, therefore we are seeking plan options that allow us to achieve this as much as possible. Bringing in all (or a large majority) of students simultaneously full time undermines realistic opportunities to strive for social distancing.
| 22 | Are classrooms air conditioned? If not, won't wearing a mask be unbearable? | Yes. The district has undertaken major HVAC equipment replacements over the last several summers such that virtually every classroom is air conditioned. A hot classroom should not add to the discomfort of a mask.
| 23 | What is happening with clubs and activities? What about sports? | A policy decision has yet to be made regarding in-person gatherings for things like clubs and extracurriculars. High School athletics decisions are governed by the NJSIAA, their determinations will need to be evaluated for possible implementation at the local level.
| 24 | Are you consider eliminating lunch periods by having shorter days? | Yes. One of our models did release elementary students early which would eliminate lunch; doing so does eliminate the logistical challenge of a lunch service. Though even in a shortened day students would need an opportunity to eat something, a snack time is more manageable than a lunch period. Note that the lunch program does generate some revenue that is put back in to the program for things like cafeteria upkeep, such revenue is lost when lunch programs don't run.
| 25 | Has the district considered an accredited third party to provide online courses? | While not an area of emphasis, it has come up. The district has worked regularly with such providers in the past with marginal success.
| 26 | Does the district plan to use cohorting and move teachers from class to class instead of students? | Yes. Where this is possible, the district would intend to implement these strategies. It is more possible at the lower grades and much less likely to be possible throughout the middle and high school.
| 27 | If students are coming to school in-person part time, will the in-person time only be for testing? Will you do the testing in person in school - I am worried about cheating when students test from home? | No, in-person time is not just testing. However testing in person does help teachers better manage the issue of academic integrity.
| 28 | How are art, music, and similar specialty area classes being handled? | K-12 Supervisors are each working in their professional circles to find best practices to accommodate courses. As an example, Mr. Fackelman is working through this document https://www.artsednj.org/wp-content/uploads/NJ-September-Ready-Arts-Ed-Guidance.pdf to help plan for the fall. While resources are not unlimited and not every suggestion of every guidance document is feasible, documents like these are helping us to plan.
| 29 | How would lunch work? | In light of the logistical challenges to run lunch service, consideration is being given to schedule ideas that eliminate the need for lunch. However, where lunch service occurred, students may need to eat in classrooms or possibly be relocated for lunch outside or in larger open indoor areas such as cafeterias, multipurpose rooms or gyms where we can strive for social distancing. We are also working on a system where students may be able to preorder lunches for delivery or grab and go.
| 30 | What happens in a classroom where some students special needs prevent them from being able to wear a mask? | These types of situations would be handled individually. Consideration would be made for other alternatives such as barriers, additional distancing, or face shields. Given that fact that there will be appropriate exceptions to the wearing of face masks, it needs to be understood that there may be classrooms where not every child is able to have a mask on.
| 31 | How will attendance be handled when students are not reporting in-person to school? | Recognizing the need for additional accountability measures to be instituted in distance learning, we are looking at ways to improve the process of taking attendance; it is a work in progress and may vary by grade level.
| 32 | If students are in-person one day and at home the next, will the in-person day be a double lesson? | Instructional strategies and use of in-person vs. at home time will be a function of the grade level; final details on this issue will be communicated.
| 33 | How can parent groups help? | Our parent groups are amazing and their support is always greatly appreciated. One way parent groups can help is by assisting with helping people understand plans, questions, and answers. Parents can also donate time and materials. However, we request that any fundraising for specific items be pre-approved through administration and the Board of Education before targeted fundraising begins. It is important to make sure that items are appropriate, fit within the district or school's overall needs and do not create issues of inequity.
| 34 | Does the district have to provide busing? | Yes. Transportation to and from school must be provided for eligible students unless parents sign-off to waive the transportation for the school year. Parents who do waive transportation are entitled to receive it again in the event that personal circumstances change during the year causing a hardship.
| 35 | Will the district be running child care programs? | The district has a long standing program for before and after school child care services. We are evaluating whether or not the program will run this fall, a decision has not been made yet. We are also going to reach out to area child care providers to understand their plans and capacities.
| 36 | Can the district create some sort of single sign on system to make it easier to manage the variety of software students are using? | The district agrees that a solution that would help manage software for students is a good goal. When such a system may be available is uncertain at this time.
| 37 | Did the district receive any Federal money to help with the pandemic? | Yes. The CARES Act allowed the district to apply for $235,000. The district applied for the funds to be used toward equipment and materials associated with hygiene in the schools.
| 38 | What do you anticipate class sizes to be in the Fall if students are coming in-person every other day? | It depends a lot on the class. Some special needs classes have 5-12 students in them normally. However, assuming it is permissible for students to elect to continue their education in a 100% virtual learning environment while others come to school every other day, typical classes will likely be around 10 students.
| 39 | Will the district plan to continue to pursue the many SEL efforts already underway in the Fall? | Absolutely. The district is committed to the importance of SEL. The way such programming occurs may take different forms in the Fall, but it still very much a priority in our planning.
| 40 | What are the primary safety measures in reopening schools? | Strive for social distancing, good hygiene, and wear a mask.
| 41 | How will the wearing of masks be enforced? | To the greatest practical extent. We certainly understand that keeping a mask on all day is a challenge. Our intent will be to help everyone meet the requirement and to look to relax it if possible; in the meantime, we can look for opportunities to provide safe mask breaks. Given where we have been the last 4 months, we anticipate that everyone and their children have spent at least some time wearing a mask or face covering. We would ask you to begin building your child’s stamina at wearing a face covering that covers their nose and mouth. Try different materials, masks or coverings – there are many options out there; help them find something that is comfortable for them.
| 42 | Will you be testing staff and students regularly for COVID-19? | We will follow medical guidance we receive on this issue. Currently we are not being advised to attempt to test staff and students.
| 43 | Can you take away recess? | Recess is not required on a day that has been substantially shortened due to an early dismissal. This is not to say that students would not be given breaks during the school day if there were no traditional recess period.
| 44 | How will schools maintain social distancing in the halls? | The goal is to strive for social distancing as much as possible. It is understood that being 6 feet apart from everyone else for every second of the school day is not possible, which is why everyone needs to wear a mask.
| 45 | How will we be able to differentiate COVID symptoms from other symptoms? | School nurses will evaluate students and send them home as appropriate. Extra efforts (likely in the form of testing) may be necessary to determine the cause of an individual's symptoms. Students and parents will be required to follow a strict protocol for return to school whenever the student is ill.
| 46 | Are you looking at other countries and their efforts to return to school? | Yes. The success that other countries have had is encouraging, but we are proceeding with caution with so much that is unknown about the novel coronavirus. Our state has been hit exceptionally hard.
| 47 | Are you looking at attendance policies and loss of credit? | The district already has a process in place to process credit appeals on an individual basis should the need arise. Of course we want children to attend school, but if they are ill they need to stay home. We will absolutely be working with families on individual health issues of students.
| 48 | Are you looking for substitute teachers? How does one apply to be a substitute teacher? | http://www.bernardsboe.com/employment_opportunities/substitute_teacher_requirements
| 49 | Will alternating day schedules maintain student electives? | The goal is to maintain elective courses. However, there are significant challenges in many speciality areas that require the use of specialized classrooms, such as Woods and Photography, in these cases there would be a decrease in lab time.
| 50 | Will students be given flexibility in deadlines if they are working remotely and they lose their internet connection? | Teachers will be encouraged to develop classroom rules and expectations for accountability that offer flexibility to match up with distance learning and blended learning models. Flexibility and accountability need to be balanced as individual instances are managed.
| 51 | Did the district consider bringing in elementary school students full time and having older students be 100% virtual? Aren't some districts doing this? | We have heard of this plan and the district did consider scenarios like this. While it may be possible to keep older students at home to create more space for elementary classes, there are significant problems. First if you take a middle school or high school away from its students, those students SEL needs are not met. Furthermore, dividing all elementary classes into two sections for the full day doubles the number of staff needed. We don't have that many certified elementary teachers even if we had enough classroom space, and some elementary teachers may not be able to teach in-person.
| 52 | What is the status of the HVAC systems in each of the buildings? | The HVAC systems in building consist of RTU’s generally for larger common areas and Airedales, which are self-contained in classrooms. The district has expended millions of dollars to install Airedales throughout the district in classrooms over the past 5 years as part of our HVAC system replacement and upgrade. All of these systems have a fresh air component wherein the system interactively monitors the amount of Co2 in the space and adjusts the intake of fresh air accordingly. Have they been audited by Aramark and do we know the results? This will take some time as Aramark will have to balance this project with everyday ongoing HVAC maintenance. There is only 1 HVAC technician. Are the AC units self-contained for each classroom (essentially wall units), or is it central air? The HVAC systems in building consist of RTU’s generally for larger common areas and Airedales, which are self-contained in classrooms. What about heat? The HVAC systems in building consist of RTU’s generally for larger common areas and Airedales, which are self-contained in classrooms.
| 53 | What investments are being made to the HVAC system to ensure adequate fresh air ventilation especially in the cold winter months when we are all breathing heavily recirculated air inside an enclosed space? | The HVAC systems in buildings consist of RTU’s generally for larger common areas and Airedales, which are self-contained in classrooms. How can the parents be sure best practices are being followed? These systems are all operated using Building Management Software and the software for the Airedale units installed in the last five years have system alerts when the system is not operating in accordance with manufacturers standards. The district has an outside energy engineering monitoring firm that monitors these systems 24/7.
| 54 | The BOE policy doc says there will be no locker use, am I understanding that correctly? | Students at WAMS and RHS will not be permitted to use their lockers at the start of school. Students will be able to carry their personal belongings with them in a backpack. The only reason this is a possibility is due to the limited number of students in the building and the staggered release time of classes to minimize students in the hallway and stairwells.
| 55 | Will buses mandate “open windows” during all but the coldest months? Constant fresh air is the best way to reduce viral load in a group. | District Bus Contractors have air conditioned buses and students are going to be required to wear masks on buses. Buses should have windows open when the weather permits. Masks should be worn at all times on buses, regardless of whether there is air conditioning on a bus.
| 56 | What social distancing would be taken on school buses and what is the bus sanitization schedule? | Pursuant to contract all district bus contractors are required to sanitize buses before the AM and PM runs. Students are going to be required to wear masks on buses. Once the cohorts of students are set we will be able to ascertain how much social distancing can practically be implemented.
| 57 | Are vent masks forbidden? Every person wearing a mask that permits unfiltered exhales is not really wearing a mask at all. Your medical experts on the zoom meeting agreed wholeheartedly with banning these. | Yes. Face coverings must cover the nose and mouth and masks that have vents will not be permitted. Vents allow your expired air to escape and potentially infect others.
| 58 | Must masks be worn in a way that covers the nose and mouth at all times? Again, your medical experts on the zoom meeting emphatically agreed this must be an enforced rule. | Yes. Face masks/coverings must cover both the nose and the mouth.
| 59 | Are there plexiglass dividers in the cafeteria at this time? If not, can my child decline to eat and keep her mask on? | Students can maintain a mask and will not be required to remove a mask if they choose not to take a mask break or eat.
| 60 | If there is a mandatory gym period, can my child wear a mask at gym? If children are in close contact without masks at gym, it defeats the purpose of having masks at all. Also my children are in a competitive sport after school so they have an abundance of physical activity, can they elect study-hall rather than gym? | Depending on the activity during PE classes, masks may be removed. It is not recommended that masks remain in place when performing high level physical activity. If we can get outside and socially distance, masks can be removed for PE classes.
| 61 | Am I understanding correctly that both days the children are in-person, there will be a "tutorial" or "WIN" time (aka study hall)? It's only indicated on the Mondays and Thursdays, but periods 5-9 would include the lunch periods, so that would be the block on Tuesday/Fridays? | Students at WAMS will participate in “WIN/ADVISORY “ on Mondays and Thursday during the last period of the day. Students will participate in “WIN/ADVISORY” during their assigned lunch period on Tuesdays and Fridays. RHS - we are working on a varied approach to these open periods, including independent work time, access to tutorials, counselors, etc. outdoor breaks, and scheduled SEL (SEL, executive function)
| 62 | My understanding is that on the in-person days we can expect about 10 inside each classroom. Once inside the classroom they will only leave for the bathroom, and to go outside. Specials will be virtual. Is this correct? Will anyone else be coming into the classroom? | Students at WAMS will be following their schedule and will move every 50 minutes to the next class period on their schedule. Elementary - Lunch leaders will come into the classroom to monitor during virtual specials.
| 63 | What if a child selects the Blended Learning Model, but catches a cold or other illness, and does not feel well enough to attend school in person? Will the student be permitted to attend virtually that day so they do not miss material and so that they are not penalized for not being present physically? If so, this encourages a student who may be coming down with an illness, (possibly COVID-19) to choose to stay home and keep learning rather than attempt an in-person presence at the school, which endangers others and themselves if their immunity system is running low.
| 64 | Any further details on how screening prior to school entrance will work? How about contact tracing? How can this be done while respecting the privacy of the individual, as stated in the policies? | Regarding contact tracing, all district nurses have taken the Johns Hopkins Contact Tracing Course. Whenever there is a COVID case, the school nurses will contact the Bernards Township Health Dept.and the Health Officer will then lead any contact tracing process. As public health professionals they are always respectful of privacy issues as they perform their role in this pandemic. However, the district will need to provide relevant information to the Health Department about anyone who has been in contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19.
| 65 | Will there be a requirement for a COVID test for ill children before they can return to school? If so, will you sponsor/administer the test or is the parent/guardian responsible for this? What is the waiting period imposed before the student can return? | At this time we do not anticipate requiring any COVID testing (PCR testing) prior to school starting. Testing for the virus one day does not insure that the virus is not present a day or two later. For example, you could test everyone 7 days before school starts, and get negative results, and by the time we came into school, those same students or staff could be positive. If we required testing every week and it takes 5-7 days to get test results, that would not really benefit our school community either since some could be walking around with virus and not know it while waiting for test results. The other aspect here is that it is believed that 30% of people with COVID may be asymptomatic or presymptomatic. So the effort and expense of testing would not justify any potential benefit. We have consulted our district physician and the Health Department on this and they concur that there is no real benefit to doing viral testing. If families want to test their children for their own information, anyone can certainly do that. And we would certainly encourage anyone with symptoms to be tested. Antibody testing only shows if you have been previously exposed to the virus. And the false negatives are significant.
| 66 | What testing protocols are students, teachers and staff following? How can the school prove they are in place? Can you please provide them or cite a link for these specific protocols? | The district is not requiring COVID testing. See above.
| 67 | Will they be tested frequently? For the testing process you’re following, how long until they get results from a test? And what are the procedures for positive tests and quarantine period? Can you please publish the protocol you’re following? If the teacher is not feeling well, will they be able to teach virtually that day rather than attending in person and thus endangering others? | Students and staff that are symptomatic or found to be COVID positive will need to follow our Symptomatic Response Policy that provides criteria to follow before they can return to school. That policy follows CDC guidance and has been reviewed and approved by the BT Health Department and our district physician.
| 68 | What is the specific type of mask being required for students and staff? There are tons of flimsy cloth masks that do little or nothing in the way of protection, especially in a closed room for 7 hours. In the absence of government guidance, we feel our school needs to be extremely specific. KN95 masks now appear to be readily available. Perhaps it would be possible to mandate this level of mask be used. | All students and staff members are required to wear a face covering/mask at all times during the school day. This includes on the bus, entering the building, in the hallways, in all classrooms, all offices and communal spaces. Face Masks must cover both the nose and mouth. Face Masks may not have a vent. Cloth masks must be washed daily in hot water. Each student can find the face covering that is most comfortable for them as long as it meets these requirements. It is important to be comfortable so it can be maintained all day. Three-ply surgical-type masks or two layer cloth masks have been shown to be best in minimizing viral spread through the mask. Face Shields are not permitted as a replacement to a face mask. Building signage will reflect the requirement for face masks. Staff will look for opportunities to provide “face mask breaks” during the day. All requests for face mask exemptions must be submitted to the school nurse for review by our district physician. Face masks, like other clothing worn at school, must be appropriate and adhere to dress code.
| 69 | What is the procedure for reporting situations where students are observed not following health & safety procedures (eg. Not wearing mask, not socially distancing, etc.) and how will those individuals be held accountable? | The behavior should be immediately addressed by the staff member who becomes aware of a violation. If the behavior is corrected (i.e. students are not 6 feet apart but then swiftly separate when told to do so), no further action will be taken. In the event the behavior is not immediately corrected, building administration should be notified immediately so the violation can be addressed right away. Student Handbooks are being updated to reflect health and safety violations so expectations and consequences can be clearly articulated.
| 70 | Things are constantly changing - what if a child elects the Blended Learning Model but then decides they are more comfortable in 100% Virtual Model? (eg., perhaps they observe frequent non-compliance with health and safety protocols, (which is happening every day in the real world), and just becomes uncomfortable with the risk). What accommodations are being made? Or will the child be forced to wait till end of a marking period to switch models? Understandably the reverse switch cannot be made, but downgrading to the 100% Virtual from the Blended Learning Model seems feasible and moreover it seems necessary, given the vacillating trends with which this virus presents. There is no easy way to decide now for a duration of a marking period on something that is so volatile and involves a life or death possibility. | We will be able to support a switch from Blended Learning to Virtual-Only far more easily. The reference to seat availability is more for families choosing to go in the opposite direction, as we are confined by physical space; however, we are trying to build the complete schedule so that families will be able to move between models, within the specific timeframes, successfully.
