2/28/2022 Teri and Lee participated in the I2/Google working group. Submitted with the consortium the admin tools desired to succesfully monitor storage consumption.
Worked with CIO to review progress and issues, CIO achieved 6mo extension with Google to hold fee/charges from July until December 2022. Communicated clean up efforts to campus and made some progress but not sustainable- need decisions on capping storage from executive leadership or expanding storge options through O365 One Drive.
