Your training has been set up with a mix of synchronous (live) & asynchrous (on your own) trainings each week. Please check out the Week-by-Week Self Study task list to plan your progress each week.

NOTE: Here's how your training will progress as determined by your Role Sponsor.

Stage 1: Mocks! You'll get to practice in a role play internally to get lots of reps in + lots of feedback!
Stage 2: Graduation - congrats, you're ready for client calls!
Stage 3: You will BCC your role sponsor/assigned approver on all call follow-up + program plans
Stage 4: Beyondboarding - it's official, you no longer need approval and ready to keep this development train going.

What to expect for actionable feedback during training● Expect lots and lots of feedback (it's how we learn and grow)
● Feedback will be provided verbally after each Mock. Please feel free to document + take your own notes.
● You'll also receive written feedback within 48 hours, with your Role Sponsor cc'd. If you want feedback right away, see bullet point above!

How to determine when a PC is ready to graduate● Confident in the MITs.
