Feb 2020Began sharing veteran homeless data with BFZ-C.

Jul 2020Achieved a Veteran Quality By-Name Lists and established veteran baseline as May 2020.

Dec 2021Housed 5 veterans over 2020/2021 and 3 moved to inactive. No further veterans experiencing homelessness identified until March 2023. This Veteran was then housed in April 2023.

Mar 2023A Veteran returned from inactive to the BNL in March and was housed in April 2023.

Apr 2023Confirmed Functional Zero Veteran Homelessness after holding at or below their functional zero threshold of 3 or less Veterans actively experiencing homelessness since May 2020 and completing the Functional Zero Veteran Homelessness Confirmation Checklist. A total of eight Veterans have been housed since they confirmed a Veteran QBNL. Their Functional Zero Veteran Homelessness milestone was announced August 2023.

Aug 2023Four Veterans experiencing homelessness identified and housed within this month such that zero Veterans were experiencing homelessness at the end of the month.
