Tomb of Rakoss the Undying / Mausoleum of the Jingois Family
2
1Coatstand holds long black robe with high collar and Jingois family crest stitched to breast, menacing clawed backscratcher that he uses as a wand (50 sp). 20' deep pit is well marked, boards to conceal it are stacked nearby. If Alex knows people have been nosing around he'll conceal the pit trap.
3
2Spiked pit easy to jump or step across if found. 5' across, 20' deep. Stone lid, hinge on left side. If you fall in, 1d4 spikes deal 1d4 damage each.
4
3Stone warrior on pedestal at east end of hallway animates if the secret door to 7 is touched, unless person entering is wearing clothing something with the Jingois or Smith family crest on it. Also animates if someone tries smashing it or climbing all over it or whatever.
Carved to be wearing spiky armour and a big stone axe.
Statue: MV heavily encumbered, AC plate, HD 8, DMG 1d12, ML 12

4Big copper bowl containing blood residue above empty brazier. Several jars nearby, some with blood and others with bone powder. Also, a jar of something nasty and alcoholic. Walls show Battle of Stamford Bridge.Battle of Stamford Bridge: Harald Hardrada stabbed in the eye by the Jingois hero.
6
5Lying on stone beds, 5 skeletons. Animate if room is entered, make weird come-hither gestures and lascivious motions at anyone who comes in.
On the walls: The Wars of the Roses.
A chest at the back of the room contains a pair of silvered handcuffs (200sp), 600sp in a pouch, a short chain of thick beads and a jar of ointment.
If anyone touches the chest, the skeletons attack them by breaking a forearm to create a stabbing weapon. Every time they miss an attack it's because they're caressing you with their good hand.
Skeletons: MV unencumbered AC, 12, HD 2, DMG 1d6, ML 12, Special - Take 1 damage from non-smashy weapons. Will immediately start dancing and rib-xylophoning if music is played to them and they aren't attacked.
Wars of the Roses: Two great houses at war, a whole lot of smaller battle scenes. Three successive Jingois Heroes wear a red rose on their chests.
7
6Kitchen with fireplace, lots of wire and strange wooden support structures, miscellaneous bones. 4 ant-like conglomerates of several skeletons wired together.
Walls show a great feast with the Jingois Hero at the head, celebrating.
Skele-ants: AC 12, HD 3, DMG 1d6, ML 12, Special - super grapply with all those arms for a face, can do 2d6 damage to grappled people.

7Ave's lab. Altar with elucidating notebook shows his experiments. Small framed painting of family, other memorabilia shoved onto floor to make room for writing implements and dribbly candles and stuff.
Walls show Jingois hero fleeing the Battle of the Doomed City. Only mural to show Jingois hero fleeing instead of victorious.
Battle of the Doomed City: Jingois hero flees a dark city. Demons and dragons and monsters most foul pour from the the centre. Jingois Hero flees beside a red-skinned elf, a Dwarf, a Halfling, a Giant and a Goblin. They each hold a different type of weapon. (See: Hammers of the God)

8War room. Walls depict Battle of the Goblin Waste. Map of Llogrian Isles and northern edge of Europea. Figures and arrows mark a place up north near Edinburgh. Many books and maps of historical interest. Ten main groups of maps, each complete set worth 200sp to a historian.
If map inspected, the nation's capital is slightly raised. Secret door opens if capital city is pressed like a button.
Battle of the Goblin Waste: A hard slog through a polluted wasteland, forcing the Goblins back into the wastes.
10
9Locked door with dirt trail leading into temple (room 12), storage for blood, bone powder. Grinding machine for grinding the bones. Various grave goods worth 1500sp with weight as coins. Stones dug out of walls and tunnels scrabbled out as if by fingers, used by skeletons to sneakily undermine coffins and snatch the bodies from beneath. Lots of dirt on the floor.
11
10Storeroom with barrels of iron rations. Walls depict Invasion of Dwimmermount. 50 rations per barrel, 6 barrels. Also some bread and butter, a barrel of ale. Smells quite nice due to bags of incense on ceiling. Spend time searching the room and you get high from the incense: -2 to everything, plus a further -2 to all activities unless you ate in the last two minutes. Effect lasts an hour.Invasion of Dwimmermount: Splinter force of Romans invades the mountain fortress, slaughter red-skinned elves, claim mountain.

11The Reclaimant of Honour. Shows a man with the Jingois crest on his chest slaying a red-skinned elven king at the Battle of Fallen Gorge and taking his red rapier. Shows the celebrations and victory and the man rising to become the Jingois hero. Shows him red-skinned, slaughtering everyone in the hall mid-celebration. Shows a man with a black helm and a black axe and black armour with the leaping reindeer of the Smiths on his chest killing the Jingois hero and granting the rapier to the Jingois heir.
On an armour rack in a position of honour, a black helm, black armour and a black axe. Helm allows the wearer to see the Red Rapier wherever it may be in the world (like seeing your allies through the walls in Left 4 Dead) if you're too far away it's like looking around for a particular speck of dust though. Armour is plate and is impervious to the Red Rapier, has leaping reindeer on chest. Black Axe ignores 2 points of armour, grants +4 vs wielder of the Red Rapier, always strikes at Red Rapier wielder if they're in range. None can be taken off until the wielder of the red rapier is dead.
Battle of Fallen Gorge: Dwarfs, Men and pale-skinned Elves vs red-skinned Elves. Red-skinned Elf leader slain and rapier claimed.

12Temple of Vorn. Vorn's rusted blade symbol on front of altar. Big pile of dirt and broken wood to the north, dirt trail leads to room 9. Bayeux Tapestry covers the west wall, would be worth a lot, depicts events leading up to the Battle of Hastings and the ascent of the Fated King to the throne. Walls (including behind tapestry) show the Battle of the Dead Mountain. Mt Death Frost itself is on south wall, and other walls show an army with the Jingois Hero on one side and a black-armoured knight wielding a black axe on the other (hidden behind tapestry) leading a force of men, dwarfs and goblins against an army of the dead, pushing them back towards the mountain.
Secret door to south just pushes open but is very well concealed. Alex doesn't know about it.
Battle of the Dead Mountain: Men, Dwarfs and Goblins vs Death Frost Doom.

13Wind blows through caverns, leading to an exit in a cave of the mountain. Floors are slick with guano and bats will buzz around when disturbed.
15
14Cavern continues, leads to a cave in the mountains. On the floor is a three-day-old corpse. Several rats gnaw at his face and lips. Another rat, if observed, keep climbing a wall and trying to throw itself to its death. It will attack anyone coming into the room in the hopes of dying. Holding a lantern. In his backpack - a rope with grapple, spoiled rations, a smashed jar of oil, 30cp.
16
15Two Bibliognosts (Elves of Identify - level 10) are attempting to find the Red Rapier in order to circulate it back into the world and log its effects. They ooze around on gastropodic feet like towers of melty skin. They will attempt to obtain any magic items through coercion, saying they will Identify the effects right then and there, but will take them. They've got Sleep and Shield stocked up and ready and have no qualms in killing people to further their aims.
If someone already has the Red Rapier they will be very polite and ask questions about where the party are going next. They want to follow and observe if possible.
17
16Caverns lead to cave near the Mining works. Bear lives within. Well loved by miners who throw food in with him, miners will be shattered if the bear is killed. Bear is somewhat tame so will only attack if threatened, but will roar and advance if he smells food which might put people on edge.
