From the 2024 season, both the Head of Womens (HOWF) and Head of Mens Football (HOMF) are working together to ensure continued alignment of the 2024 Academy and Pre-Academy structure and operations across all mixed and female teams.

- The strategy should define key principles, audience and channels and develop a content plan which promotes success and stories from across the entire club and of alumni
- The strategy should also promote principles of equity to ensure that, as far as possible, equal coverage of male / female, senior / junior / youth players is provided and, as appropriate, provide mechanisms to track engagements to ensure this is achieved

Engagement & Communication Strategy & PlanSoliciting feedback has generally been undertaken on an adhoc basis by e.g. staff and Grade Coordinators receiving feedback, Chairs talking to parents / players when at ground, and feedback received via our committees & to coaches. This is first time Club has ever run forums of this nature, they have been welcomed and seen as a very positive step from Club to solicit and listen to feedback - they need to happen again but also more informal routes for seeking and providing feedback need to be continued and established. Junior and youth players feel they need mechanisms that enable them to have more of a say in the club.Consider and include feedback loops for soliciting feedback from the club – e.g. suggestion box/email, end of season survey, annual forums etc. On-goingQ3 2024Julie DunnA W&G specific survey was in early October to gauge the success of our W&G programme this year.
