•Some customers were unfamiliar with Heaven Hill; a few mentioned the “afterburner” effect
•One customer felt it lacked “depth of flavor”
•Hypnotiq sparked nostalgia for several people, reminding them of their clubbing days.
•After I suggested mixing Hypnotiq with another spirit or trying it in a mimosa, one woman decided to purchase a bottle.

Overall, store traffic was slow, and I don’t believe the target audience for the sampled products was reached. While I leaned into the nostalgia of Hypnotiq to spark engagement, the feedback was mixed — for some it brought back fun memories, but for others it also reminded them of negative past experiences from overindulgence.

“I’ve never had this whiskey but it’s really smooth, I’ll take one!” “I haven’t had hypnotiq in forever, I don’t remember it being that good!”
This location mentioned that we had to pour the samples in the back because the health department came by and said we are no longer allowed to pour on the floor. We must have a sink near by if we are pouring from now on. The store had trays for us to use to bring the samples out on.
