You have a team ready to serve and a mission field location you are preparing to go to, so now what? There are so many steps between deciding to go and actually going. This checklist will help you naviagate each step to simplify the process for a more successful experience.

Once you make a copy of this Google Sheet, you can edit/add things as needed. Use this a place to take notes, stay on-track, and organize all the details.

Optional: Use this participant application to get interested participants on your team.

Background Checks for each participant --> Send completed background checks to mobilization@gponline.org

Passports: Make sure everyone has an active passport that doesn't expire within 6-months of your return date.

Order workbook journals for your team here (optional!). Familiarize yourself with all training materials found here. Print as needed for each participant.

Schedule at least 3 pre-trip training sessions with your team.

Fundraising: go through the Fundraising Guide with your team and brainstorm ideas together.

Short-Term Global Health Insurance --> Purchase through Faith Ventures for each participant.

Required Forms: Each participant needs to complete these required forms and submit them.

Vaccines - Check with CDC.gov to know what vaccines are recommended for your trip

STEP: Register with STEP through the state department.
