The goal of this assessment and tracking is for obtaining more data points in our quest to align positive habits with people of all background's overall health. When we term health, we are referring to not just your physical manner, but internally with your emotional, mental, and spiritual health as well.
7
Your help will guide us to refine how we "score" certain habits so that I can be in better alignment with the actual output versus the actual way someone feels after a day. In all honesty, if this exercise even gets you trying something new that benefits your life, we'd be thrilled!

We keep playing within the walls of how society tells me us that we should live life - Stable job, spend lots of money, retire when your too old to enjoy anything. What are we on this Earth to accomplish? Change is hard!
10
We want to bring better health opportunities to our community of traveling athletes... opportunities that are outside the traditional view of health (gyms, "healthy" eateries, hospitals, etc.).
11
The habits from this exercise are the basis of how we see a community trending towards actual improved overall health. If we can start small with some data collection, and feedback on how this went with our inner Hotel Athlete circle, then maybe we can build on this momentum and introduce with extended reach!
12
It may take time, but you all are part of something that we see as being great, and we appreciate you if you have time to participate!

Take a look through this document on the several tabs.
15
If it is at least of some interest to you, reach out and we'll send you your own document so that it's not shared with everyone (or you can share with anyone you like to hold you accountable!).
16
We're not asking you to make great transformations in your life to be able to look good in this data collection. Start with what your current habits are and just become aware of how you are doing. You can input 0's for those habits that you currently don't do, don't want to do, don't have time to do, etc...
17
Once in awhile, try a new habit. Be conscious of this new endeavor and how it made you feel at the end of the day. Maybe our sheet will show a correlation, maybe it won't. That's the whole point of this exercise though!
18
To be easy, we have left a "notes" and "score" column under each habit. Notes are for you if you get to the point that you want to reflect on why you scored yourself the way you did, but not necessary. Just input a score from 0-4. The point system tab will guide you in the beginning on how to score yourself.
19
Download the Google Sheets app. Since you only have to input a number for each habit, the app makes this more convenient when you're not at a computer. If this gains any momentum, we'll build it's own app with awesome features!
