A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order total MUST be paid to Cotton Creations LLC to begin fulfillment on all wholesale orders.
The remaining balance of 50% is due once the order is complete and prior to shipping.
Cotton Creations LLC will provide the customer with photo and/or video evidence of the completed order prior to shipping the order.
If the customer's order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Customers must provide photos and/or videos of the damage to receive a replacement or refund.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Cotton Creations LLC does not accept order cancellations once the deposit is received.
If, for some reason, Cotton Creations LLC is unable to fulfill the customer's entire order, the customer will receive a FULL refund for any monies paid including the non-refundable deposit.
If Cotton Creations LLC is unable to fulfill part of the customer's order, the customer will receive a partial refund equal to the amount unfulfilled.
