Sequencing of Funding Mechanisms
2
To help you answer the question: What steps do I need to take in order to pursue a project capital stack?
3
Note: After you identify the projects that will help you meet your jurisdiction's sustainability goals, and the eligible funding and financing mechanisms that will help you to implement those projects, this tool will help you to sequence the steps to pursue your capital stack seamlessly.
4
Identifying every step that you need to take to apply for, secure, and spend the funding can feel overwhelming, especially if you're trying to manage funding from multiple sources.
This tool will help you to be strategic by creating a schedule for sequencing all of the steps.
5
Pro Tips: First, download a copy of this tool for yourself. In the Schedule tab, update the project names in column A. Next Update the funding sources for each of your projects.
Provide the start and end dates for each of the tasks identified in columns D - M. Providing both dates will create a clearer schedule.
Go to the Project Timelines tab for a schedule and gantt chart for each of your projects. All changes from the Schedule tab will automatically update on the Project Timeline tab.
