Advocate for more resources for police and city to address loitering in the district.Discussed in Main Streets meeting and November WEB meeting with Mayor Elicker. Bicycle beats added and now have dedicated district manager.

Complete projects funded through NEOC grant.Tree trimming, Goffe traffic calming, natural play area, Whalley lights complete. Still working on fixing pillar.

Crime and safety

Work closely with district manager, alders, and other city departments to address problem areas in our district.Alder Hogan and Sargeant Lambe advocated successfully for several safety improvements at Sam's Mart. Have also discussed Whalley/Winthrop, Whalley/Blake, and Bowen Field parking lot.

Advocate for additional police presence and resources in our district.Discussed in November WEB meeting with Mayor. Alder Hogan organized meeting with Police Chief in December and new chief joined meeting in March and April. Now have dedicated district manager.

Advocate for holistic and well designed traffic calming projects on key roadways in the district including Whalley, Goffe, and the Boulevard.Goffe quickbuild complete. Speed bumps being installed on Bellevue and Colony, crosswalks on Crescent near Bowen Field. Community meetings for Goffe and BRT projects, speed signs. Continued advocacy re. Goffe, Whalley, Boulevard, Crescent.

Integration of neighborhood groups

Continue to build relationship with WASSD and encourage their participation in WEB meetings.Regular text check ins with Allen. He spoke at March WEB meeting. Participated in WASSD annual meeting.

Continue Merchant of the Month program and build relationships with area businesses.Highlighted two merchants in the fall and have asked additional ones for winter/spring.

Host second annual WEB Neighborhood Festival in partnership with the Arts and Ideas Festival.Planning festival for May 17.

Build pipeline of leadership for WEB.Preparing for election in May 2026.

Ensure WEB residents well represented on NH boards and commissions and, with Alder Gary Hogan, organize meeting of WEB board and commission members.Created tracking document. Follow up with Alder Hogan and other alders on next steps for this.

Secure donation of tech equipment needed for hybrid meetings and return to substation for meetings.Done with support from Mayor Elicker and Carlos Eyzaguirre.

Post flyers and include WEB information in alders mailings to constituents to get word out about the WEB.Discuss with alders when we meet and plan for flyering in spring.

Continue to make newsletters informative and get them posted on the website.Added to website. Need to keep working on timing for sending newsletters. Content is informative.
