BERDO - Compiled Responses to Third Party Verification Request for Information

The City of Boston’s Environment Department issued a Request for Information (RFI) with the intention of identifying qualified energy professionals who hold necessary credentials and are available to undertake third-party verification of BERDO data. Information in this spreadsheet was self-reported by each individual or business that responded to the RFI. Aggregated pricing information can be found on Tab 3.

The City of Boston does not endorse nor recommend any of the following businesses, and building owners are not required to use a business on this list for their third-party data verification. Building owners are encouraged to do their own due diligence when hiring a third-party data verifier for BERDO. The process for third-party verification and the credentials required to be a third-party verifier are outlined in the BERDO Reporting How-To Guide.
