Contests: As many of you know, I run contests over on the "Heroscapers Facebook Group." Although they are always free to enter, usually they include extra entries if making a purchase.

PayPal has changed their terms and conditions. As of Oct 17th, 2022, I will no longer be able to accept payment via PayPal goods and service.

I will still be able to accept payment via PayPal friends and family, and E-Transfers. Unfortunately this means that you will not be able to receive coverage through paypal.

Prices on this list are converted from my main list in USD, the conversion rate is updated often. So prices will fulctuate.

I do not charge extra conversion fees other than small rounding differences. AllThingsHeroscape.com for example charges 12% more on top of the conversion rate in CAD.

I will always send photos via email or FB messenger of the actual items you wish to purchase.

When you send me a message with the items you are interested in, I will put together an order, and place those items on hold for 24 hours. They will be removed from the master list.

I will do short term holds for 7 days, while you have time to decide on your purchase, but only upon request. I will also hold the prices of characters on that list for that time.

For previous customers only I will do longer term holds. Please message me to discuss it further. I will the items be aside until you are ready, but I do not hold prices of long term.

Unless otherwise noted all characters are in Good/Used Condition. Cards are previously played with and may include (but not limited to) light creases, Dings, Dents, light scratches, etc.

Cards that are marked, have water damage, missing pieces of the card, significant creases etc. Will be sold as Heavily Played on a different tab on the list and discounted accordingly.

If I have multiple of a character, I will not cherry pick out the best cards or the worst cards. They will be randomly chosen.

I will send photos of the cards, usually in groups of 4 or 6. Condition of the cards is difficult to capture in photos, so please use some discretion.

Characters should be damage free, there may be lifting of base stickers, identification marks in the underside of bases. Occasionally characters or their weapons may arrive out of shape

as a result of shipping. This can easily be fixed by heating up the model with a hair dryer, or the weapons with boiling water and holding them in shape as they cool. This is not considered defective or damaged.

It the responsibility of the buyer to correct. If you do not wish to straighten a bent model, it can be returned but you will be responsible to return shipping costs.

Some terrain may be slightly discolored by age, or dye lot. Sets are compiled from larger collections, so you may find some variation in color between tiles.

Unless otherwise noted I will not sell anything that is extremely discolored (i.e.. Overly yellow snow, green water etc.)

If you are unhappy with your items when they arrive for any reason, please send them back to me within 7 days of receiving them, and I will issue you a refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and is responsible to package the items in a way that they won't arrive damaged. Damaged returns will not be refunded, and will either be returned at your expense, or thrown away.

If you receive your items damaged (i.e.. broken characters, cracked bases, damaged terrain etc.) or are missing something please inform me upon receiving your items and send photos if possible, highlighting the issues.

If available, I will send you replacement parts or characters, or I will offer you a refund for the character, or if it's a piece from a set I will offer you a suitable refund for the damaged part if a replacement is not available.

I will pay for basic, postage to send out replacement parts. If it is outside the USA or CANADA I may offer a refund rather than sending out replacement parts.

Prices are firm as posted. I don't offer discounts for large purchases.

Prices do fluctuate, and I don't offer refunds if the price of a character or set drops after your purchase.
