I think that binge drinking is something to do with drinking a substance either it is alcohol or any other liquor products, and you drink it for a long time? I know when someone is addicted to something when they spend more time with it or when it is their first priority. I think that classes of drugs is like groups of numerous different drugs - like groups of good drugs and bad drugs...?I think that the age you're able to purchase alcohol is about the age of 18+ in NZ? I'm not quite sure about tobacco. The laws I'm aware, related to drugs/alcohol is age restriction.
