-Office hours (names in gold boxes) are times that teachers are answering student / parent questions (via email, Gchat, video conference, phone calls); checking in with advisory/ homeroom roster; providing student feedback on assignments; posting resources for completing work

-Engagement hours (names in maroon boxes) are times that teachers are directly offering instruction, such as live lectures and mini lessons; hosting student discussions (with or without video); monitoring student work on group projects and provide real-time feedback; hosting small group re-teaching of concepts; conferencing with students; recording a read aloud; holding virtual morning meeting; checking in with families on Google Meet

Peterson Staff Expectations
-Directly engage with students for at least 2 (two) hours per day
-Provide 2 (two) additional hours for office hours
-Be mindful of times that are best for kids (ex: morning for primary)
and times that might be best for parents (evening) 		Families,
In this document, you will find teachers' and counselors' schedule for office hours and engagement hours. Please note that during engagement hours, teachers will be providing instruction. Should you need to individually connect with your teacher, please reach them during office hours.

Directions on completing the sheet:
1) Find your grade level sheet.
2) Enter your name in the appropriate colored cell- maroon (student engagement) or gold (office hours)- to indicate when you will be available.
3) If possible, use office hours to schedule specific times with families.		Directions on viewing the sheet:
1) Find your child's grade level on the sheets below. Click on the sheet.
2) Scroll to the appropriate week/ day to view the daily schedule.
3) If you're having trouble viewing or finding a sheet, please refer to the picture below.
