Use this Agile Maturity Scorecard to assess the agile-specific health of your organization's development team. Set agile goals, monitor development progress, and keep your team on the same page regarding agile development. This template can be used by agile scrum masters, project managers, product managers, team members, and project sponsors. This template can also be used to focus on sprint retrospectives and to enable team members to perform self-assessment of their use and understanding of agile development practices. Agile maturity levels should be evaluated on a monthly or quarterly basis by teams.
