This template provides you with an outline of all the significant steps you will need to consider when planning your event. This document focuses on one singular fundraising event. In considering the purpose and goal of the event, you should also consider how this event supports your broader fundraising strategy.

We have also included a digital fundraising event checklist. This is a checklist we have used at Arena to keep us on track, but also collaborate. This checklist has space to assign task owners if needed. We also include space for links that can help organize additional lists, digital copy, agendas, run of show. This template uses a three week timeline, adjust the timeline to as you develop processes to streamline your events.

Use this spreadsheet is a jumping-off point for a great digital event. Feel free to edit or add additional checklist items to make this meet all your needs.
