Amazon Compliance Survival Kit – Instructions
3
This spreadsheet helps you manage Amazon product compliance across SKUs.

Tabs Overview:
1) SKU Tracker — Track each SKU/ASIN, required documents, expiry dates, and upload status. (Includes an example row.)
2) Monthly Check — Do a monthly review and mark Yes/No for each health check. (January includes an example.)
3) Supplier Log — Log document requests to your manufacturers and return dates. (Includes an example row.)
4) Quick Fixes — Mini playbook of common Amazon compliance issues with triggers, documents needed, steps, and timelines.
5) Supplier Emails — Ready-to-copy email templates for requesting documents, following up, and escalating; plus a lab testing request template.

How to Use:
- Start in SKU Tracker. List all active SKUs. Add required docs and expiries (ask suppliers if unknown).
- Use Supplier Emails to request missing docs; log each request in Supplier Log.
- Each month, complete the Monthly Check. Anything marked ‘No’ should generate an action in SKU Tracker.
- If you get a suppression or ‘Under Review’ notice, open Quick Fixes and follow the steps for that issue.

Best Practices:
- Name files consistently (e.g., Brand_Product_DocType_YYYY-MM.pdf) and store links in the Tracker.
- Keep lab reports less than 12 months old where Amazon expects recency (varies by category).
- Back up this spreadsheet and your documents in a shared cloud folder so your team can help.
