There is a separate tier list for each legend since they all have their own unique cards and playstyle. Many neutral cards (the ones available to every legend) are often also more useful to one class than another - and so need to be evaluated differently for each. See our strategy tab for a brief outline on the playstyle of each legend. NOTE: we have added tooltips to many of the cards (mostly Raptor) and will eventually do so for all of them - hover over a card for more info on it.

2) Remember your own deck building skills and always check for synergies as you draft.
12
The tier list isn’t everything and is best used alongside common sense. For example, a draft with lots of expensive supports might benefit from valuing gold more highly than usual. Or a deck with several weapons might need some bigger creatures to use them on. For the best results, keep the context of your deck in mind as you draft.

Useful Things:
15
* Pressing 'ctrl+f' will bring up a search function where you can type the name of a card you might be looking for and the computer will highlight any matches.
16
* This Google doc can be accessed on your tablet/phone.
17
* Cards are ordered alphabetically in each tier.
18
* Enboldened cards are class spesific cards.

Overview:
22
Work began on this project shortly after Dungeoneering was released during the game’s early access beta period (16th March). At first, the notion of a tier list seemed absurd and useless for a game like Chronicle where synergies & deckbuilding are so varied. However, after a number of top level beta players got on board, it became very apparent that comparing the potential utility and average power level represented by different cards was actually extremely useful and improved us all tremendously as players. The goal became to do this for every card and express that as a value on a scale from 1 - 10 (low to high) for each legend. Having spent two and half months with everyone involved doing and redoing this, arguing and rearguing, thinking and rethinking many times over, we’re now happy with where the list is at for an initial release (except for Vanescula which we’re still working on).
23
24
For the most part, we’re fairly confident that we’ve captured the current public opinion of the high level community and if asked will be happy to explain why any card is where we’ve put it (if a tooltip doesn’t do that already). Of course though, no single person will agree with the whole list (including us) as everyone always has slightly different opinions (which is the beauty of card games), so we’re very open to feedback and looking forward to moving cards around based on community findings. This is especially true considering new cards and legends on the way, expected balance changes, and of course, the eventual emergence of an ever-changing Dungeoneering metagame.

A thank you to everyone involved:
27
After hundreds of hours of playtesting and just as much discussion, debate and (to be frank) arguing, we are ready to release v1.0 of the RuneScape Chronicle Community Dungeoneering Tier List. A huge shoutout to everyone involved who made this endeavor possible: Xalchs (who started everything and got me, Interjection, on board); Unforgiven; Wolf; Frebbdekaka (Ozan) and Freaker Play who were our main contributors. I would also like to extend a thank you to the following to whom I am very grateful for their input: Musher, SnowwyWolf, Glenn, RyanN, anyone who has ever featured on the Friends of Alkarid podcast, Jaggerous, Ollywankwell and everyone else who informed our decisions or ever streamed their opinions whilst Dungeoneering. Finally, a special thank you to iAreNubcake who kept us motivated (guilty) as he slaved away hour after hour constructing Chronicletools.com (soon™) which will be the eventual home of this tier list and much much more.
