10 | This information should be collected by downloading the OC Customer Totals report as SuperAdmin for the quarter's date range. Depending on the level of activity at your instance you may need to download this report in segments due to large file sizes. Once you have all data of all orders for the quarter you should remove any known 'demo' or 'testing' data that you know of. Next you should highlight all the data and create a pivot table (Insert>Pivot Table) on a new sheet. Drag the 'hubs' field into the 'Row Labels' box, and drag the 'Total' field into the 'Values' box. Right click on the Totals and change it from 'Count of totals' to 'Sum of Totals'. You should now have a Pivot Table showing all active shops in the quarter, with a sum of their unique order totals, and the instance's cumulative sales total.
