Legends Own The Game is not the carrier and is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping providers beyond the coverage provided by insurance. The customer further agrees that they have been offered an insurance fee equal to 3% of the declared value of the items being shipped. Should the customer elect to pay this fee, it will be used solely to cover insurance costs during transit to and from PSA. By signing or submitting this form, the customer confirms that all item values have been declared accurately and that they understand and accept the terms outlined above. I have elected to purchase insurance to cover the value of my cards during shipping of my cards to and from PSA.				*Business Days: The days mentioned are only an estimate based on what PSA's grading service says as well as our prior experience in turnaround time. Estimates are only initiated once shipment reaches PSA's headquarters for Grading, only then will the turnaround time commence. Customer agrees to allow a grace period of at least 5 additional business days to allow shipment to return from PSA (USA) to the UAE.
