This pertains to the validation of correct facility or reason for NOT ATTENDING SCHOOL of children aged 3-18 years old captured as a.) transferred, b.) Not enrolled, and c.) No school.

This is a validation tool that allows for verification of a.) targets validated as attending; b.) targets verified to require HH/member status management, and c.) targets reason for School.

Please take note on the following processes in filling up the validation tool for NAS targets:

i.) Targets validated to be with school facility: input "yes" in the ATTEND SCHOOL column. Then input in the school facility name and address cells provided in the validation tool.

- in the actions taken column, please specify: facilitated update for correction of school facility.

- if with complete documentations, SWAs are advised to encode in the PPIS the corrected data

ii.) Targets validated to be for HH/member status management: input "FOR_HH_STATUS_MANAGEMENT" or "FOR_MEMBER_STATUS_MANAGEMENT" in the ATTEND SCHOOL column.

Then provide the desired HH or member status in the HH/Member status column.

- in the actions taken column, please specify: facilitated update for Household or Member status.

- City/Municipal links are adviced to submit all necessary documents to facilitate the updateing of HH or member status.

iii.) Targets validated to be with no facility: input "no" in the ATTEND SCHOOL column. Then input in the reason in the reason for no facility column.

- in the actions taken column, please specify: provided with the necessary social intervention via case management of target household

- City/Municipal link are to continously monitor and provide said targets with direct interventions so that these beneficiaries become compliant in the near future.
