Managers should adjust totals based on tournament or showcase plans, the final number of players, and what is covered by DYHA or Ice Cats for the 2026/27 season.

Managers should also determine, in coordination with the team, whether funds will be allocated for items such as team swag. Team meals and team activities are typically optional, based on player participation, and are paid per player at the time of the meal or activity rather than included in team funds, unless the team agrees otherwise in advance. 		Managers are encouraged to collect funds in stages to avoid holding large balances and allow for mid-season adjustments.
