VIP ticket holders receive bracelet and chip cups. Any guest not pre-registered, enter Gen Admission purchase ($50) into database which will assign them a bid number. Write bid number on extra blank cards. Explain the layout of the event.

Guest wins the bottle that matches card pulled from deck. If guest doesn't want to carry wine around with them, please mark wine bottle playing card with winner's bid number to indicate it's no longer available.

Raffle Ticket Sales: Teacher Experience6:30-7:30pm7:30-9:00pmSelect Teacher Experiences will be in raffle boxes on counter in ballroom hallway. Lottery ticket bouquet on table in hallway. Volunteers selling raffle tickets at table. Guests should write their bid number and last name on the back before placing into the box of their choice. Pens will be available by the raffle boxes. All winners will be announced by bid number.
