12Element creation configuration-When creating a SysML Model element, the name is not editable until after creation (and then by use of Rename menu option)Thomas Karlkvisthttp://eclip.se/476629

15SequenceIt is hard to understand how to draw sequence diagrams.
SysML works worse than "normal" sequence diagrams?

16SequenceDrawing a new message between two life-line in a sequence diagram shows a dialog that only shows a dialog with no choices and OK disabled "Create New Message"
This seems to be an issue when the receiving life-line is a block in SysML.
SysML specific?

17Block Definition, generalclicking on a line requires high precision would be easier if less precision was needed to snap to the lineGert

20General commentWould it be possible to use notes in one diagram?Jianlin
23
21ActivityWould it be possible to generate sequence diagram from an activity diagramJianlin
24
22General commentwhen draw a new diagram and drag existing elements into the diagram, relationships by default unvisible. would it be better to have "visible" by default?Jianlin
25
23State machinewould be possible to have a pop-up window to ask if an automatic statemachine diagram wanted when adding one state machine? Jianlin

24General commentproblems migrating a SysML-model from Mars, SysML1.1 to Papyrus 2.0, SysML1.4Gert

25a description text field should be immediately available under the properties for tthe element
28
26General commentdouble click opens a dialog for hyperlink, why?
29
27General commentplus sign on pointer stays after creating new connector
30
28General commentOn any window, a (?) popup should be available for explaining the purpose of a field to provide information/configurationThomas Karlkvist
31
29Use Case diagramThere is no obvious way to provide a detailed "Description" of a Use Case, which should best be separated from an object of type Comment. Also, to add attributes and activity diagrams etc is not intuitive.Thomas Karlkvist
32
30General commentNot possible to identify model element type in properties
dialog.

31General commentNot possbile to identify diagram type in diagram view.Johan Bredin

32State machineNeed to be simpler to add events/signals to state transitions (too many clicks and dialogs). The state diagram is not profiled towards the specific FSM approach a user may want to use (i.e. Mealy/Moore FSM, hierarchical/non-hierarchical). The three levels of indirection Trigger->Signal->Event is sometimes overkill. The property tab Rulers and Grids has nothing to do with modelling and should therefore be moved elsewhere (e.g. to window menu). The same can be said for the tab Style. The State diag shows the transition Signals and not the Event (which I would expect). Signals and events can be placed at various places in a package. They ought to be associated more directly with the FSM in which they are used. Adding a comment to a state, using the Properties tab, is a bit of a click fest. Comments can also be added using the palette. This is a different kind of comment. How many different ways of adding comments are needed?Nils Paulsson

33SequenceWhen a rename life-line operation is started e.g. by pressing F2 when focused, I expect the ECS-button to abort the edit and revert changes to the name. John Törnblom
36
34General commentTo many properties tabs and unclear definitions. Hard from a usage point of view Jonas Andersson
37
35General commentThe tool tips are generally not very informative, e.g. the palette says Create <whatever>. Displaying semantics would be alot more informativeJohn Törnblom
38
36SequenceI was unable to use Copy and Paste (Ctrl-C, Ctl-V) on time-linesJohn Törnblom

Rename of model elements should be possible with one click.Johan Bredin, Niklas von Schéele

Not possible to identify model element type in properties dialog. Johan Bredin, Niklas von Schéele

Not possbile to identify diagram type in diagram view.Johan Bredin, Niklas von Schéele
42
The presentation of stereotype and name of an edge (relation) is not kept together when the edge is moved on the diagram (either by moving the edge itself or moving any of its related elements). Mikael Relbe
43
The diagram looks "cluttered up" after a while.Mikael Relbe
44
The element icon in the name compartment of a requirement element on a diagram looks like a class icon and not like the requirement icon I have seen used elsewhere (cf. EA).Mikael Relbe
