Programs
This document is intended to clearly identify meal standards across the following programs: Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), National School Lunch Program/School Breakfast Program (NSLP/SBP), Head Start/Early Head Start (HS/EHS), and Licensing Regulations. Information for each of the following categories is broken down by age: How many meals per day?; What type of food is served and what meals can be claimed (AM, PM, and snack)? The document also includes program-specific information about the following: What documentation is required?; How often does compliance monitoring happen? What training opportunities are available for support?
The document is separated by program, communicating the standards for each. Where there are similarities between program requirements, a gray box will overlap columns. All programs are hyperlinked in the title of each section.
