WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
5
1This is an organised database of community assistance seeking to help with resources, labour, accomodation, shelter and transport for animals, people, feed supplies, donations and more. It contains consolidated data from various online sites and people.
6
2Anyone in the community can help out by simply adding offers and pledges themselves, or asking others to do it for them. Other assistance you can provide is helping us to format, sort and load the lists correctly to allow for easy viewing and access.
7
3If you are in the affected areas, please look at printing out the spreadsheets and providing them to those in need who do not have internet access.
8
4Please SHARE the database link to spread the word and create one consolidated database. Click "Share" above and post through facebook and other social media.
9
10
Please note: This database is a public community page where we do not have Admin/Moderators selecting who can and can't access help and when. Contacts are live and can be accessed when in need urgently. These voluntary lists are public documents and may be shared with emergency services, rescue and bushfire groups across social media.

INSTRUCTIONS:
13
1Click on the appropriate 'tab' below, or by using the buttons in the 'Index of Tabs' section.
14
2Add your listing in alphabetical order within the appropriate category. Please ONLY LIST YOUR SUBURB, and not the specific address. Please enter your listings in the correct format as per the page headings and titles - this helps those who need assistance to find things easily (quite possibly in an emergency).
15
3If you can't find what you're looking for, click on 'Edit' in the menu bar of any of the tabs and select the 'find/replace' option. Alternatively, you can use filters on the Animal Shelter tab by clicking 'filter view' and the category you would like to search using the dropdown menu.
16
4Please update your listing 'status' as it changes, for example as it becomes unavailable. This helps those in need not waste precious time calling people who are no longer able to provide assistance.
17

FOR ANY VOLUNTEERS:
19
1A BIG SHOUT OUT to all the amazing community members who have been working tirelessly to make this database possible for those in need. Keep up the good work.

2Calling all IT and APP gurus Australia Wide.... Due to the amount of data we now have in the Statewide Database we really need urgent help from one or more people to get the database from google docs into a mobile device friendly system or a format where people can access/ enter their pledges. This will make it asier for mobile device users to use on the move - please pass this on to help find an APP or other Angel out there who can assist with this!

3FORMATTED - For ease of scrolling (and where there is only one topic on a tab) I have frozen the top few rows on each tab. This can be undone by going to VIEW then FROZEN ROWS then select NO FROZEN ROWS - jakkijayne@gmail.com
