4 | This spreadsheet hosts guides on how to integrate various (social) platforms like Twitter, Steam News and Twitch on your Discord server at no cost other than time, a bit of work and a free account with a website called IFTTT (If This, Then That): https://ifttt.com. This website connects apps (which it calls services) by using applets, linking a trigger to an action to get results. | I am Paul Hesling, a Discord community consultant based in The Netherlands. 7 | If you would like to include your Discord community without having to manually (re-)post your (social) media, you can use these guides to push the platform of choice directly on Discord through a webhook, bots or RSS feeds, depending on the source. With most of the methods, you can also @mention Discord role groups to deliver notifications to users automatically. | Click on the tabs below to see the various guides per platform. YouTube and Twitch have two methods (webhooks and bots) which are listed separately. The last sheet describes the bot used for RSS feeds and supports up to 5 feeds instead of the 3 free webhooks that IFTTT allows, making it a prime choice if you're setting up multiple feeds. | |||
