I have one main client who runs a sports therapy business. I've already made a rough draft of the website and sent it over to her, and drafted multiple pieces of copy she could use. I did hacve other clients alongside her, but they ghosted me or said they didn't want to work with me for XYZ reason, like the fact they've got a new mentor for business. Right now I'm doing outreach to get ANOTHER damn client. If you need more context let me know

Getting my client to respond in a time that isn't fifteenn years. Everytime I get a client now it seems as though they either take ages to respond, I'm left waiting, or something pops up. I feel like I'm stuck in a loop of outreach --> close --> project never even gets started --> repeat

1. Mindset is poor. Consistent on 60% of the days, and give myself excuses for the other 40%. This is because I tell myself I deserve a break when I have done some work.
2. Selected the wrong inital project with this client that I got through warm outreach. After building them a long landing page and ads, only managed to make 10 sales. Each sale was $110. I got 10% from the 10 sales. Felt defeated after the project and went on somewhat of a binge mode again.
3. Client was busy (slow response), went on a 2 month business trip with no contact.
4. Client does not have much in their marketing budget. Unable to do any upfront payments, only paid after the work is complete. At the moment, just last week I just started managing their Instagram account and newsletters, for a $500 a month. The thoughts of 'is this really worth' or 'can I really help them grow?' creeps up to me frequently.
5. Failed to set clear expectations from the start. Now somewhat paying the price.

Battled a lot with lazyness and distractions in the past. This issue should be fixed by now but for the record, here it is.

Underestimating workload- Not completing daily tasks I set. Sometimes I feel low energy (sounds very gay to say it) and these website creation tasks have been killing me these past 2 weeks. Honestly I should've gotten them done long ago. Either way I feel some sort of fear that isn't real and I need to demolish it with more action.

Apathy bullet - Lack of belief. Let me clarify real quick. Basically, I'd have days where I wake up and stare at the nothingness of my gray apartment and just waste a solid 20-30 minutes like that. In that moment I feel nothing. I'm neither sad, nor motivated, nor anything. I'm "just there." I spoke this out to ChatGPT and it said that my fire has been semi-extinguished. it's still there, since I have felt true purpose in my life a plenty of times, I just have to lit it up again. What I did try is do a set of push-ups with the intention of returning to that state of absolute fire and purpose - I felt like I can stack wins whole day long, even though it was 2:20 am here. ALSO... another issue I'd like to mention is my lack of energy throughout the day, which is due to my undisciplined sleep schedule.

School from 8:00 till 13:30/14:25. Also, I can only work till 23:00 (11pm). Additionally, businesses I cold call are usually operating at their peak while I'm at school, so I usually call them on Saturdays.

My brother has said I can help him grow 2 of his businesses. But right now he hasn't got time for that. I was also working with a welbeing company - but they seem to have gone ghost for now. Furthermore I know someone who owns a SMMA and said he has work for me which I can do and will get paid for.

Lack of accountability and fall off plans quite easily - struggle to wake up early. I've got a decent testimonial for a previous client which was gaining attention via social media- however no monetary wins atm. I worked with a well-being company that my friend launched, but I just helped out and wasn't assigned a project - no payments. Outreach has been a pain for me, with very few replies.

Every day is different for me. I work a part-time job 4 days a week, football training 4-5 times per week. I would say i can fit in a minimum 2 GWS per day and maximum on a good day 4.

1- Simple website creation for 250$. I’m currently working on it (having issues with hosting and such on his side).

2- A past client I earned 250$ from, yesterday, asked me to create a new website. I am still waiting for details to tell him the price.

3- Blog creation for a photographer, still haven’t set a price. Probably not much since he doesn't want to benefit from it.

4- Warm outreach pending to clarify what he needs, he was spending money on Tiktok ads that I could easily improve. But I need to contact him.

My biggest roadblock was getting clients, but I got 3-4 in a matter of 2 weeks. So now, it would be getting them results. With just a website and a bit of SEO, I’m not sure the results will be significant.

I feel overwhelmed. I know I can do it, but since I can’t start anything due to lack of information/details, it feels like just stacking and days pass without getting any work done. (I'm still doing some tests in local hosting and the WWP for each one).

1- Current project is supposed to be done by 10th of October, but with all the issues it's only limiting my time to design and develop a good website.

2- Regarding the past client, I still have to clarify the price on Monday, would like to have it done by 25th of October.

The first client is a laser hair removal business and I am doing Instagram and Facebook ads for her (she hasn't added a payment method into the Facebook ads manager and facebook account in general which I created so I can't put the ad live and test it...)
The other client is a krav maga and selfe defense business and I told them to do a landing page as well as a website SEO re design but this guy with his club is also not replyling in time so I can't continue to do my work
I am waiting for days now and nothings has happened, I also KINDLY reminded them that I can make ads and make money for them if they add the payment or give me access to the website...

Not enough output into my outreach. I can do more and be militant with my time to better track my daily progress. I do not have strict (yet breathable) time stamps in place for my day and I notice that that "free time" gets filled up with vagueries - things that are "good" but don't actually move the needle to getting me a paying client.

Starter client 1 has a business consutlancy: I wrote LinkedIn posts for her to drive leads from her LinkedIn audience, got three interested people to DM her but she didn't close any. Wrote a lead magnet for her and suggested the website redesign so prospects don't land on a website that doesn't convert. She doesn't "see the ROI" in fixing her website right now.
