Gym Rats x RUN CLUBGym Rats is now RUN CLUB. Those of you who would prefer to work on your long distance runs before it gets too hot out are welcome to join Wednesday mornings at 7:10am starting next week. You can choose to train 1500m or work on a personal 5k. Staff are welcome too!Ms Mainwood
