Make sure headphones are sanitized and organized.

Turn everything off before leaving for the night.
Performs other duties as required or requested by management.

Qualifications

6 months of customer service experience required, fitness industry preferred.
AED/CPR certification preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Greet members and guests at the bag room and ensure prompt and courteous service from bag room to carts.
Provide quick and courteous service in handling golfers’ bags (members and guests) in parking lot and at bag drop.
Ensure bag room is kept in alphabetical order (by nametag) and updates are made to the master bag room list.
Maintain bag room and cart area cleanliness by following the following guidelines: store bags in proper racks, sweep floors and vacuum daily, ensure water is stocked, and towels are stored properly.
All clubs must be cleaned and properly stored after each use.
Clean and prepare golf carts for use (i.e. stock towels, tees, pencils, scorecards, etc.)
Report any cart problems to mechanics and Professional Staff in a timely manner.
Follow closing procedures which include cleaning the outside bag room area, emptying trash, and ensuring the bag room is organized for the morning shift.
Performs other duties as required or requested by management.

Qualifications

6 months previous golf industry, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit/stand/walk for lengthy periods of time. The employee is regularly required to lift/move up to 70 lbs. unassisted.
