Healing Group Co-Leader(s)Attend training and co-lead 10-week groups that help heal from abusive or destructive life experiences. Men or Women, experience in one-on-one ministry to hurting people, ability to show compassion to all regardless of their choices, counseling or pastoral degree not required, but valued. Training investment + 4 hours per week during 10-week group offerings.

Restorative Services Client Advocate/MentorAttend training. Build relationship and support individual residential clients throughout their 30-90 day stay in our Rest Home. Women Only. Ability to show compassion to all regardless of choices, to be a good friend, to hold confidences, to build another up according to their strengths and to encourage them to rebuild their lives. Training investment + 4 hours per week spending time with client

Life Skills TrainingAttend Residential Program and teach clients a life skill (i.e., cooking, laundry, sewing, money management, etc. Ability to identify and plan an activity, provide any necessary instructions and to follow the safety and engagement rules of the residential program. 2-3 hours per week or month depending on what you'd like to do

Group FacilitatorFacilitate a group that helps the Residential Clients learn relationship, spiritual or emotional skills (e.g., work through the Safe People book or other content), or lead a devotional session. Women Only. Experience in one-on-one and group ministry to hurting people, ability to show compassion to all regardless of their choices, counseling or pastoral degree not required, but valued. Group facilitation skills. 4 hours per week.

Arts/Crafts/Social LeaderAttend Residential Program and lead residents in a creative or fun activity. Ability to identify and plan an activity, provide any necessary instructions and to follow the safety and engagement rules of the residential program. 2-3 hours per week or month depending on what you'd like to do

Outreach Coordinator Develop approaches to reach out to potential victims of trafficking or those at risk. Work with law enforcement as appropriate. Men or Women, ability to connect with hurting people, ability to show compassion to all regardless of their choices, ability to use wisdom in conversation and situations that carry some risk. Training. # of Hours depends on outreach approaches.

Church Engagement Team MemberWork with our team to help roll-out Education Video series to local churches Organization and communication skills5 hrs/wk

SpeakersRaise awareness of the issues of sexual exploitation and Stepping Stones programs, and willingness to stay current on both. Training and standard presentations provided. Comfortable speaking in front of a group. 3-6 hrs/month

Speaker assistantsAttend speaking events with head speaker, handle sign-ups for new volunteers, take donations, answer questionsPersonable, organized and able to answer questions on Stepping Stones Network. Will receive training.2 hrs/week

Monthly Donor CoordinatorDevelop ideas for engaging people who would give monthly gifts of $25-$100, how to get these donors and how to keep them. Creativity, organization, developing marketing materials and communications, online marketing helpful. 5 hrs/wk or more

Major Gifts - Funds DeveloperIdentify and engage donors that could give gifts in the $2500-5000 range (or higher). Identify potential donors or people with connections to potential donors. Assess donors' interests and how they like to give. Represent Stepping Stones' mission and current funding needs. 5 hrs/wk

Business NetworkerIdentify and connect with businesses, tell the Stepping Stones Network story (or set up one of our speakers), encourage them to use their business to raise awareness, hold special events, and donate. Solicit pro bono services or products.Business experience, self-starter. Be creative with this position.5 hrs/wk

Grant WriterResearch private foundation and government grants, develop grant file, and write grant proposals.Experience in researching and writing grants5-10 hrs/wk
