QUICK START

1. ConfigureOpen Dashboard and enter your tank capacity, target reserve percentage, and optional unit price in the blue input cells.

2. First readingOn Fuel Log, enter the date and gallons currently in your tank. This starts your usage history.

3. Keep loggingAdd one row per gauge reading in chronological order. Record any gallons delivered since the previous reading in the same row.

4. Track spendingOn Purchases, record delivery costs, unit price, and receipts. Purchases do not automatically add fuel to the Fuel Log.

5. MonitorDashboard summarizes fill percentage, fuel consumption, cost, and estimated days until your reserve level.

Gauge changesA reading that increases without a logged delivery is flagged for review, not treated as negative usage.

ImportantProjections are estimates. Gauges fluctuate, and this workbook is not a safety-critical fuel monitoring system.
