Aims of this Document
2
This document is intended to serve as an open and collaborative resource encompassing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) in the context of environmental issues (including nature, ecology, conservation, environmental research and practice, etc.). The focus is more on Nature, Ecology, and Conservation (NEC) in academic / research / science circles rather than practice-based / NGO arenas, but we acknowledge important areas of overlap.
