73		In an effort for fair standings with competitive scheduling where teams move up and down in league levels, I have added divisional standings. With divisional standings teams that move up a division do not have a dominent record over the exsisting teams. Divisonal standings starts all teams at 0-0.
74		Teams that win the division standings will be the league winner.
75		Unless an eligable team season standing winning percentage is higher, then the season standings super seed division standing. Only teams that stay within their division are eligable to use season standings to superseed division standings
