5 | This document will help you manage and run an effective call time operation. Any good call time program aims to stay on task and hit ambitious fundraising goals. This is a dynamic tool that can help you manage the ups and downs of call time. Use this tool to help set realistic expectations - the amount of time needed to hit fundraising goals . We encourage your to be ambitious but realistic about the amount of money you can raise during call time. The Calculator tab will start you off on the right foot by prompting you with important assumptions you should be considering for your call time schedule. The Tracker tab uses two week intervals for fundraising to give you a natural stopping point where you can reassess your daily call goals and make the appropriate adjustments to stay on track.
