We all know that LGNL is no longer fit for purpose, it's confusing, has too many levels and some of it is out of date, with this in mind, I've started to look at an alternative which is one level and starts with the type of audience (borrowing heavily from liverpool.gov.uk). The categories below reflect a district council, but feel free to add categories for a unitary / county too. Let's see if we can crowdsource this thing!
