Date Refund Requested - is that the date the refund was "done" in FOLIO?

Date Action Completed, Staff Member.... are those intended for operators to use when it was downloaded? but not actually FOLIO fields? Need to confirm and then document.

Institutions will have to define their workflows to track this work once the report has been run.

Why are the icons different? Good question. This looks like it's fixed as of 2-25-2021

Requires at least one request in "Closed - Pickup Expired" status at the service point where you are in order to be able to run the report.

If you're trying to do multiple service points at once, you'd use the export search results functionality, which includes the service point of the request.
