Export a .csv file from PDB WITHOUT headers, specifying the year.

Import it into the participants-database tab

The Constant Contact tab will contain the merged information for download and import into Constant Contact.

If cells in row 2 contain #REF!, delete all rows below row 2 and cells right of D2.
