This template is meant to take you from a basic file with MRR by Customer to a variety of SaaS growth and efficiency metrics and associated charts

Every business is different, so it does require customization for things like: sales cycle, customer upsell/downsell dynamics, contract length, quarter ends, etc.

What You Need:

- An excel file with a unform list of your customers in the first column and then their associated MRRs by month in the columns to the right

- Sales Expense, Marketing Expense, Gross Margin by Month

- Understanding of the average sales cycle

How it works:

- Adjust Dates as needed

- Format customer data to show the MRR by month for each customer

- Input monthly customer data as MRR into the "MRR Data & Calcs" Tab

- Everything will flow onto the SaaS Metrics tabs (charts are on the bottom)
