Sesame is a software for compaies. It simplifies Human Resources management tasks with a time-management tool.

You can access this complete time management system from your smartphone, tablet or web. Sesame is available for free download in iTunes and Google Play.

This software was created within the communications organisation Artvisual, which already had a time-management system that required updates and new features.

That's how Sesame started: with the clear objective of evolving the traditional time-management systems.

Founded in January 2015, in Spain and from a global perspective, Sesame has as a goal to contribute to the business digitalisation by simplifying the Human Resource management.

Create: Create a new shift has never been so simple. Select an icon and the shift's time. Create as many as you need!

Designate: Once you've created the shifts, you can designate a date. It's as easy as clicking on the calendar date.

Notes: You don't want to forget something important? Select a date and create a note to remember stuff.

Manage: You can create work shifts to designate them easily and quickly to a time frame.

Share: create a shift report to share via email with someone else or to print at home

Enjoy: The most important thing is that time is yours! Don't waste it and enjoy. Sesame will take care of managing your shifts

Creación de turnos

With the shift app you'll be able to manage quickly your work shifts. Create, edit and delete as many shifts as you want.Select an icon to recognise it easily, a name and the shift hours. You'll be able to edit it anytime you want changing the dates automatically.

The calendar is the main screen. It was designed and created to easily manage and edit shifts. Select a shift and click on the specific date. You can choose each date separately or choose multiple dates at once. Once your shifts have been designated on their respective dates, you'll be able to see the shifts in detail and any notes you've written down. You'll have all the needed information!

The rotation manager system is designed and programmed to create shifts patterns and designate them automatically to a time frame. If you have a stable time shift you can designate with only a click all the year's shifts. First, create a roation selecting the number of weeks or days and designating the shifts to the days. Once you've created the rotation, you can add it to the calendar, allocating starting and finishing dates.

Once you've designated the shifts you can create a PDF with all the shifts' information within a time period. Once you've created it, you'll be able to share the report with someone else via email.
