The Moriah Fund does not accept unsolicited proposals.
First-time applicants to the Moriah Fund must submit a brief one page letter of inquiry. The letter of inquiry should include history, purpose and goals of the organization; amount of funding requested; purpose and activities of the project/program for which funds are requested; and total budget(s) of the organization and the project/program. Based on this letter, the Moriah Fund will determine whether to invite a full proposal, and will notify applicants as soon as practicable. Priority to efforts that target at-risk children, including those in high poverty areas and children impacted by learning differences; programs that support educational innovations that improve academic, social, and emotional learning
