8		🎯 Goal:
9		Every country wants to achieve universal registration by 2024 in order to:
10		• Provide a legal record of birth and death events, protecting the rights of all individuals from birth
11		• Establish a secure and unique digital identity for inclusive access to public and private services from birth
12		• Create accurate statistical data based on birth and death events for policy making and planning
13
14		🎉 Objectives:
15		• Increase completeness rates for the registration of births and deaths to 100%
16		• Increase certification rates for registered vital events to 100%
17		• Create equity in the registration of births and deaths by sex and location
18		• Register all births and deaths within the legally stipulated period
19		• Provide every child that has had their birth registered with a unique ID
20		• Create accurate and timely population statistics based on births and deaths disaggregated by age, sex
21		and location, including mortality statistics and cause of death.
22		• Permanently store all vital event records on a continuous basis
