As of September 13, 2025, this tracker is no longer being updated and has been retired. The last comprehensive/mass update was made in May 2025. Other small/individual firm updates were made later. As a student coalition operating from Washington, D.C., we thought it important for us to focus our anti-fascist efforts elsewhere. We are grateful for everyone's support in holding members of the legal profession accountable and especially appreciate those who have continued tracking individuals, organizations, and institutions that have caved to and complied with the Trump Administration's fascist attacks. Please feel free to continue using this spreadsheet and/or build upon the work done here. If you would like to get in touch, please email us at coalition justice @ proton mail . com (no spaces) --In solidarity, Coalition for Justice

About this tracker: We are a grassroots group of law students who were extremely disappointed to see members of the legal profession—law firms, Department of Justice lawyers, members of the Trump Administration—completely disregard the U.S. Constitution, the rule of law, legal ethics, and equal treatment and protection under the law. As law students make decisions about their careers, we thought it imperative to collect information about where law firms currently stand on the use of the federal government to attack lawyers, law firms, the legal profession, and freedom of speech and expression. We created this spreadsheet based on publicly available information to help law students make decisions that align with their values and to show those in the legal profession where their colleagues stand on such a critical and existential issue.
